„A wedge does not have to sound nice, it has to be loud!“ We didn´t accept this banal wisdom so started to developed our wedge on a simple sheet of paper.
What´s the most important aspect for a wedge ?
It should be lightweight, should have a smooth frequency response, and be dynamic. It should have perfect dispersions and design wise should look great.
Finally we did it! Witout compromises.
The Ad-Systems Wedge is a 15“ Highpower Coax monitor and is the best choice when needing to amplify signals to the highest level. An extraordinary reproduction of the voice, an accurate midrange and brillant high frequency are combined with an aesthetic design. The flat tuning and the optimised dispersion are responsible for the highest gain before feedback. The woofer is equipped with a 3.5“ voicecoil and offers an advantage of 15“ more surface compared with 3“ types. That enables our wedge to handle higher peaks without any problems.
